The Italian Greyhound Cookbook is a compilation of Elaine’s famous recipes from over 4 decades of cooking. Some clients who have enjoyed Elaine’s famous recipes are: the man who is second in command of China – pre Covid (who had his own taster in case he was poisoned), European Counts, Countesses, Marquis, NDA Protected  globally known people, noted Wikipedia page individuals and thousands in between. Elaine’s career as an artist combined with her farm to table private chef skills has allowed her to create some visually dazzling food that consistently produces exceptional references. During covid lockdown she created a cookbook on how she makes her one of a kind food and in between the recipes are selected photos of her 6 Italian Greyhound dogs with absolutely hilarious captions.
